How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email or text once the order has been shipped.

What is your return policy? 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their products.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a partial refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Custom formulas, including custom herbal blends, teas, tinctures, and flower essences, are not eligible for returns.
